The Sa Riera Yacht Club is located on the Sa Riera beach, one of the largest in Begur (about 300 meters long) and the most prosperous for the population. Its geographical situation is excellent: to the right, there is the sheltered cove of Port des Pi and, to the left, the cove of Rei. From this last one and the camí de ronda, it is possible to arrive as a passenger to the cove of l’Illa Roja and to the beaches of Racó and Pals.

Sa Riera, rep the name of a torrent that divides the beach into two places, preserves its traditional character (where it faces the trobem, sea line, old fishermen’s houses), and now also offers various sports activities and tourist services . There we find, therefore, a wide offer for visitors: accommodation in hotels or apartments, and bars and restaurants to enjoy the gastronomy of the region. In addition, in the summer, a traditional “cantada d’havaneres” is held in an incomparable setting.
